I'm a personal trainer who has been working for years with women who are at the mid-life stage of their life such as myself. My education and experience has helped me help myself. I'd like to do the same for you. My clients are already benefiting from learning how to make changes in their life that will keep them livin' fit for as long as they want. You can too!

My approach is to help you create the perfect balance of strength and flexibility so that you feel on track with your goals. We'll start with an Acquaintance questionnaire so I can learn more about where you're at now, where you've been in the past and what you're looking for in the future. Then we'll schedule a telephone chat to get to know each other a bit more.
